Brief Summary of Introduction Fees

Permanent Staff

(Calculated on the gross annual salary)

Permanent placements- 15%

There is a fair refund and replacement scheme in place. Should a placement be unsuccessful we will present alternative CVS for a suitable replacement or we can provide a refund as outlined in our refund schedule (as long as you are within terms).

Multiple Placements

We are able to offer reduced fees for multiple placements within a 12 month continuous engagement period. Details of this can be found within our terms.

Shire & Wold are also able to offer an exclusivity fee of 13% for a sole agency search agreement over a period of 8 weeks. Further details of this can be found within our terms.

Contract Staff- 25%

(Calculated on the gross weekly salary)

We only offer this service for a minimum 2 week contract (minimum 60 hrs), and a maximum of 12 weeks.

Fees will be calculated based on agreed candidate salary per week. Terms will always be sent to the Client and Candidate for perusal and agreement before commencement.
