Zoe’s passion for recruitment of high calibre staff for private households and luxury hospitality venues is underpinned by her extensive background in recruitment.
As a Senior Consultant for a prior London agency, Zoe noted that Countryside positions were often sidelined or put to the bottom of the mounting London and International requests. Having moved from London to the Countryside, she was acutely aware of the increasing demand for high quality and experienced staff for these Countryside estates and residences. Luxury private members clubs and venues also started to pop up across the UK outside of London, with a big focus on the Cotswolds.
In Jan 2022, Shire & Wold was born and has continued to grow organically through reputation and referrals from clients and candidates throughout the UK Countryside.

Matthew gained invaluable experience during his time within the military, followed by nearly two decades working for private households supporting on high-level security and UHNW estate management. CONTENT AND MARKETING ASSISTANT
Chloe is our newest member of the Shire & Wold team having joined us in November 2023. She is an integral part of the team looking after our social media platforms, our marketing communication and our charities. Chloe will also be supporting the Consultants in the office with administration and liaising with our clients and candidates. Having great longevity working in luxury retail to a senior level, Chloe is transferring her luxury brand and people skills to her new career here at Shire & Wold. We are delighted to have Chloe as part of our team.
