Zoe Jackson is the Founder and CEO of Shire & Wold Staffing, a boutique international recruitment firm specialising in private households, family offices, executive search, luxury hospitality and luxury brands.
As Founder and CEO, Zoe leads the strategic direction and continued growth of the business, overseeing the recruitment team while personally managing key client relationships and supporting senior-level and executive searches across the UK and internationally.
With an extensive background in luxury recruitment, Zoe brings a deep understanding of the expectations, discretion and complexities involved in recruiting for UHNW individuals, family offices and luxury organisations. Her approach is built on long-standing relationships, commercial insight and a genuine understanding of people.
Beyond recruitment, Zoe is an active speaker and contributor to industry panels and events, sharing insights on entrepreneurship, leadership, recruitment and the evolving luxury sector. She is also the host of the Anything But Ordinary podcast, using the platform to connect with inspiring entrepreneurs, business leaders and changemakers, while developing meaningful partnerships and relationships across industries.

With extensive experience in private household and luxury recruitment, Isabella works closely with UHNW individuals, private family offices and luxury organisations, supporting searches for exceptional talent across private households, senior management and executive-level appointments.
Her focus is on developing long-standing client relationships across London and internationally, delivering a discreet, highly personalised recruitment service to clients with complex and often global requirements.
Alongside her permanent recruitment portfolio, Isabella manages the development of Shire & Wold’s temporary staffing division in collaboration with Lainey, ensuring clients have access to exceptional professionals for short-term, seasonal and interim appointments.

Working closely with Isabella, Lainey supports the delivery of permanent and senior-level recruitment assignments across private households, family offices and the wider luxury sector, connecting exceptional talent with discerning clients in the UK and internationally.
Lainey leads the day-to-day development and delivery of S&W Daily, Shire & Wold’s dedicated temporary staffing service. From private chefs and housekeepers to butlers, house managers and seasonal staff, she helps clients access trusted professionals for short-term, interim and temporary requirements.
Combining a personable approach with commercial awareness and a strong understanding of client expectations, Lainey is passionate about building lasting relationships and delivering a responsive, flexible and highly personalised service.
FINANCE MANAGER / PA
Tracey plays an important role behind the scenes at Shire & Wold Staffing, supporting the financial administration and day-to-day operations of the business.
With extensive experience in administration, financial coordination and organisational support, she helps ensure the business operates efficiently and that both clients and the recruitment team receive a professional and seamless service.
From financial processes and invoicing to internal administration and operational support, Tracey brings a meticulous, dependable and highly organised approach to her work.
