I followed Isabella across to S&W, as she is the best agent I have dealt with over the years. Professional but can laugh and joke too, too many recruiters take themselves far too seriously, and it makes a huge difference to a hugely frustrating process of applying for work. Agents that take the time to talk to you and understand the person applying are not commonplace sadly. Job hunting/applying is a 3 way thing between me, recruiter and the employers, and the recruiter is a big part of that so you have to be able to trust they are on your side to get your best side across and sell you. Of course, all being well I won't be dealing with them for long!
