What is the S&W Academy?

The S&W Academy is our 10-day immersive training program, which has been designed specifically for ages 18+ who are looking to start a career in the world of luxury hospitality. Whether your ambition is to become a Butler, House Manager, Housekeeper, or Front-of-House Staff, this course is your foundation for success.
