Firstly, you need to send us a copy of your CV. If it is not up-to-date, please just put a note in the message box so we are aware before we arrange to speak.

Once we have a copy of your CV- whether you have sent it for a specific position or you are open to any new roles, the appropriate member of the team will get in contact to invite you to undertake a consultant interview. This will either by via video call or face-to-face.

At point of registration you will need to send us supporting documents, which include copy of your passport or residence card, settlement status, references, photo for your CV and completed Shire & Wold Staffing registration form. Please note we conform to the GDPR act ( find details) and will not share any of your documents without your consent.

Unless otherwise advised we may contact your references. As a matter of practice, we tend to only contact permitted references once you are at interview stage with a client.

Please note, we undertake in- house and out-house references. This means you may be contacted by the referencing company Referoo, who support us with reference checking. Your consultant may also follow up for a verbal references with your prior employer.

If you are already registered and have been out of contact for a while, please either send your updated CV via the website or direct to the consultant you registered with.

The process will ultimately be dependent on each individual family, household or business. We understand that both private household and luxury hospitality are fast moving sectors, so always try to keep in regular contact with our clients to ensure that the process is moving as quickly as possible.
