Our clients based in a countryside location near Baintree, Essex
are actively searching for a weekend housekeeper to support them
with their busy household. The clients are in informal family who
split their time between London and this residence, this being
their primary residence which they spend most of their weekends
and school holidays.
This is a great opportunity to not only work for a very lovely
family but as part of a personable and supportive household team.
The ideal candidate for this role will be flexible, hardworking
and have a friendly but professional temperament. Must have prior
experience in housekeeping, preferably for a private household or
may consider a candidate that has gained similar experience
within a luxury hospitality environment.
There is a housekeeper who lives in Monday – Friday and leaves
the residence at the weekends.
The days required are Friday, Saturday and Sunday, 8-10 hours per
day. There is the option to use staff accommodation to stay over
night if required ( own bedroom, bathroom and shared staff
kitchen – all very nice!).
Must be happy working in a busy family environment with children.
Duties outlined but not limited to:
* Housekeeping of a large residence
* Hoovering, dusting
* Making of beds and changing linen
* Laundry management
* General deep cleaning
* Support with pet care when needed
* Household organisation
* No cooking but flexibility for occasional support with prepping
food, informal service etc
A driver is required for the position.
Days of work and hours: Friday, Saturday and Sunday, 8-10 hours
a day, eg; 10-8pm – happy to consider working hour options
Salary:£18-22 gross per hour
