Travelling Personal Assistant

Our client a young businessman and his wife are actively searching for an experienced PA to support them with their day to day lifestyle. Whilst the duties in the role are mostly focused on supporting the client’s private life there will still be elements of business support required.

The client, although States based does live an international life and only spends 30% of the year in the USA whilst the other 70% will be spent in Asia, the EU and some UK travel. The PA will be expected to travel with the client on both private and business affairs.

This is truly a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves to work on a 1:1 basis with a principal where the job is all encompassing. It is also an excellent opportunity for someone who wishes to take the next step in their career. Whilst the PA must be willing to travel, they do not necessarily have had to had experience travelling in their prior role. The clients are very lovely, grounded individuals with high expectations and most definitely looking for a PA who understands how to operate at this level.

Duties outlined but not limited to:

  • Calendar scheduling
  • Travel logistics
  • Oversight of the extended private team, including boat and plane crew
  • Errand running, gift buying, research and making bookings for the client
  • Supporting the principal when needed in business meetings
  • Travelling whenever needed to the location the client has requested

Important info:

  • Fully flexible to travel
  • Driver not necessary although always a desirable
  • Must have either B1/B2 or American passport
  • Can we be based in the UK, EU or USA ( he is open for the right candidate)
  • This could be a two person role, with a thought on it being a rotational role. This will be discussed and explored depending on the candidates found
  • Must have SOLID checkable references
  • Client’s main office is in San Francisco but frequently fly’s to New York and Miami within the USA
  • They are happy to wait for the right person if they have a notice period
  • Initial interview will likely be a video call and then followed by a face to face meeting/ short trial

Salary: $200,000 circa + health + life + 20% bonus
