We are seeking an experienced Temporary Housekeeper to support a large private residence in Oxfordshire for one week.
The clients have recently moved into the property, so this will be a busy household as they settle into their new home. You will work alongside a small team of established household staff, assisting with all aspects of housekeeping and helping to ensure the residence is kept beautifully presented and organised.
Duties will include:
- General cleaning and maintaining high standards throughout the residence
- Making beds and changing bed linen
- Supporting the clients with unpacking and organisation
- Laundry, ironing and wardrobe care
- Organising rooms and helping with unpacking where required
- Supporting the wider household team with day-to-day duties
- Responding flexibly to the needs of the household
- Supporting the chef with service and clean up
Candidate requirements:
- Previous housekeeping experience within a private household is essential
- Proactive, efficient and able to work well as part of a team
- Discreet, trustworthy and professional
- Comfortable working in a busy, newly occupied residence
- Must drive and have access to a car due to the location
Available for the full booking from Sunday through Saturday
Working hours: 12:00pm–9:00pm
Rate: £20 per hour
