Senior Sous Chef – Buckinghamshire – Boutique Hotel

 

We are working with a boutique luxury hospitality venue to find them an exceptional Senior Sous Chef.

Shire & Wold Staffing are passionate about matching the right person to the right job opportunity. If you have minimum 4 Rosettes prior experience and passion for showcasing locally sourced and seasonal produce with a unexpected twist then this role is for you

 

Duties outlined but not limited to:

  • Collaborate with the Chef Patron in menu development, focusing on locally sourced, sustainable ingredients and the best British seasonal produce
  • Lead and inspire the kitchen team, ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and presentation that align with Michelin aspirations
  • Maintain strict food safety and hygiene practices
  • Oversee kitchen operations during busy service, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish
  • Monitor stock levels, ordering, and wastage to maintain efficiency and profitability.
  • Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and an unforgettable dining experience.
  • Adapt to a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, to meet the demands of a high-end, fine dining kitchen
