Senior Housekeeper/Manager, Dubai, UAE

A formal private household in Dubai is seeking an experienced, polished and highly organised Senior Housekeeper/Manager to oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the residence.

This is a varied, hands-on position combining household and estate management with traditional housekeeping responsibilities, whilst also providing occasional childcare, pet care and project support as required. The successful candidate will be proactive, discreet and comfortable managing household operations whilst remaining hands-on when needed.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and confident household professional to take full responsibility for the day-to-day management and housekeeping of a large five-bedroom private villa. The successful candidate will lead and supervise two junior housemaids, ensuring exceptionally high standards are maintained throughout the home, whilst also providing occasional, basic childcare support when required.

The family is continuing to expand its international property portfolio, offering genuine long-term career progression for the right candidate, with increasing responsibilities over time. Both live-in and live-out applicants will be considered; however, candidates choosing the live-out option will be responsible for arranging and funding their own accommodation and daily transport to and from the family residence. Candidates already based in the UAE are preferred; however, outstanding international applicants willing to relocate are also encouraged to apply, with visa and relocation costs covered by the family.

The role offers occasional travel within the GCC and internationally and would suit someone with previous experience supporting UHNW families in a formal private household.
