Private PA

We are delighted to present a fantastic opportunity for an experienced, dynamic Lifestyle / Private PA to support a young professional couple in their Central London residence. The couple live with a small dog and a cat and are seeking someone who will seamlessly integrate into their daily lives, providing thoughtful, proactive support across all aspects of their personal and household affairs.

This is a hands-on, varied role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in attention to detail, and genuinely enjoys making life easier for others. You’ll be the couple’s go-to person for everything from diary management and travel planning to property oversight, personal shopping, and lifestyle coordination.

If you’re the type of person who can anticipate needs before they’re voiced, enjoys finding smart solutions, and is equally comfortable organising a dinner party or arranging a vet appointment, this could be your perfect long-term role.

A housekeeper is already employed, but the PA will be expected to maintain a meticulous eye for detail and ensure the smooth running of all day-to-day matters.

Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

  • Full PA support to both principals -diary management, appointment scheduling, reservations, and coordination of personal and business calendars
  • Household administration -managing contractors, overseeing renovations, ensuring supplies are stocked, and systems are organised
  • Travel research, planning, and booking -leveraging your trusted network and black book of contacts
  • Event organisation – from intimate dinners to larger gatherings
  • Personal shopping, wardrobe management, and gift sourcing
  • Acting as a gatekeeper and primary point of contact for the couple’s personal affairs
  • Pet care when required (e.g. vet appointments, dog walking)
  • Ensuring the household and daily operations run seamlessly

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience as a Private or Lifestyle PA supporting UHNWIs, HNWIs, or private households
  • Excellent, checkable references
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Personable, discreet, and professional -knows when to step in and when to step back
  • Tech-savvy with excellent communication and written English
  • Adaptable and solutions-focused -able to “switch hats” with ease
  • Well-connected with a strong black book of suppliers and service providers
  • Keen to build a long-term, trusted working relationship
  • A driver is desirable but not essential

Working days/hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm with flexibility for out of hours/evenings on occasion

Summary:

A superb opportunity to join a welcoming and appreciative household in a varied, rewarding, and long-term role. This position suits someone who takes pride in making things run beautifully behind the scenes and enjoys becoming an integral part of a busy couple’s life.

Salary: £50,000-£80,000 gross per annum
