We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant to provide seamless professional and personal support to a busy high-profile individual. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role requiring impeccable discretion, initiative, and the ability to operate confidently in both corporate and private settings. This is a hands-on, 24/7 role requiring flexibility and availability outside of standard working hours to support the Principal’s dynamic schedule.
Executive & Business Support
- Provide full executive-level administrative support, including complex diary and schedule management across multiple time zones.
- Coordinate and manage on-set schedules, production meetings, and professional engagements, ensuring smooth communication between teams.
- Handle confidential documents, contracts, and correspondence, liaising with legal, accounting, and business representatives as required.
- Manage and track expenses, budgets, and invoices, working closely with financial and business managers.
- Assist with project logistics, including travel, accommodation, and on-site requirements for work-related events and productions.
Property & Household Management
- Oversee the running of multiple residences, ensuring they are maintained to a high standard and fully operational at all times.
- Coordinate household staff and service providers, including housekeepers, chefs, gardeners, nannies, and maintenance teams.
- Manage rotas, payroll coordination, and staff schedules, ensuring coverage across all properties.
- Source and liaise with contractors and suppliers, obtaining quotes and supervising works when required.
- Ensure all properties are stocked and prepared for the principal’s arrival — from housekeeping standards to security arrangements.
- Works seamlessly and collaboratively with the Principal’s partner’s PA to ensure full alignment across professional, household, and family matters.
Private & Personal Support
- Manage personal diary, appointments, and lifestyle needs, ensuring smooth coordination between professional and family life.
- Organise private travel, including charter flights, villas, hotels, and transportation logistics.
- Plan and oversee holidays, family trips, and social events, ensuring all details are managed to the highest standard.
- Handle gift sourcing, wardrobe coordination, and personal shopping when needed.
- Support with personal correspondence, errands, and family logistics, maintaining absolute confidentiality.
Stakeholder & Relationship Management
- Serve as a key liaison between the Principal and their network of lawyers, accountants, business managers, and security professionals.
- Act as the first point of contact for all communications, filtering requests and prioritising accordingly.
- Build strong relationships with household and business teams, ensuring effective communication and consistent standards across all areas.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 7+ years’ experience as an EA/PA.
- Highly organised, adaptable, and calm under pressure.
- Problem solver with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.

- Smart, tough, and discreet – able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with maturity.

Schedule: Full-time / 24/7 flexibility required
