We are seeking an exceptionally polished, discreet, and highly accomplished Executive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to an Ultra-High-Net-Worth Family. This is a demanding, hands-on position requiring outstanding organisational ability, foresight, and professionalism, with responsibilities spanning personal, household, business, and global travel matters.
The successful candidate will be proactive, meticulous, and intuitive, anticipating needs to ensure the seamless day-to-day management of the Principals’ lives. Absolute discretion, flexibility, and a genuine 24/7 mindset are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct, high-level support to the Principals, acting as a trusted gatekeeper and primary point of contact
- Coordinate complex international travel arrangements, including commercial and private aviation, yachts, luxury accommodation, and ground transport
- Oversee intricate and constantly evolving calendars, ensuring appointments, meetings, and engagements are accurately scheduled and clearly communicated
- Plan and execute private and social events, managing guest lists, logistics, venues, and vendor relationships
- Manage personal errands and maintain relationships with boutiques and luxury service providers, overseeing purchases, deliveries, and returns
- Coordinate all medical-related matters, including appointments, prescriptions, insurance claims, and documentation
- Develop and maintain highly organised digital and physical filing systems covering personal, property, and household documentation
- Act as the central coordinator for house manuals, operational procedures, maintenance schedules, and cost tracking
- Liaise seamlessly with household staff, external vendors, and the Family Office to ensure efficient communication and smooth operations
- Collaborate closely with the Operations Director and assist with strategic projects and initiatives as required
- Support inventory oversight across multiple residences and storage facilities
- Handle all sensitive and confidential information with the utmost professionalism and discretion
Candidate Requirements
- 10–15+ years’ experience providing senior-level personal support to UHNWI individuals (essential)
- Demonstrable experience supporting privately operated aircraft
- Impeccably presented, composed, and personable, with exceptional communication skills

Location: London (within easy commute of Chelsea)
Salary: £100,000 – £150,000 DOE + benefits
