This is a permanent, full-time, live-in travelling appointment across Mallorca, Dubai, the UK and other international destinations.

The role combines shared care with sole charge and occasional proxy-parenting responsibility. The nanny must be highly organised, proactive, discreet and able to retain and implement detailed instructions consistently.

  • Deliver nurturing, developmentally appropriate infant care in line with parental guidance.
  • Plan sensory play, outings, learning opportunities and developmental activities.
  • Maintain feeding, sleep, hygiene and daily routines as the child develops.
  • Prepare bottles, meals and snacks safely; manage all nursery duties.
  • Prepare proactively for outings and travel, including bags, clothing, food, documents and equipment.
  • Maintain vigilant supervision and anticipate choking, environmental, travel and water-related risks.
  • Communicate clearly with both parents and work collaboratively with household staff.
  • Travel internationally while maintaining discretion and professional boundaries.

Essential profile

  • Several years of recent professional nanny experience, including substantial infant and early-years care.
  • Stable appointments and strong, verifiable private-household references.
  • Excellent safety knowledge, judgement, organisation and ability to think several steps ahead.
  • Emotionally steady, calm under pressure, warm and engaging.
  • Fluent English; Spanish advantageous.
  • Confident driver with a clean licence.
  • EU or British passport, or equivalent eligibility to work and travel between Spain, the UAE and the UK, strongly preferred.
  • Current Paediatric First Aid, Enhanced DBS or equivalent, and full employment-history verification.

Accommodation and schedule

  • Mallorca: private apartment next to the family home.
  • Dubai: accommodation within the family apartment initially, potentially separate later.
  • Wednesday to Monday, Tuesdays off; typically 8:00am–6:00/7:00pm with travel flexibility.

Salary: £60,000–£80,000 gross per annum, depending on experience and fit. Accommodation and agreed work-related travel expenses provided.
