We are looking for a talented Pastry Chef to join an award

experiences. The Pastry Chef will be working in a brand new
kitchen serving up to 40 covers daily. The seasonal menus
celebrate exceptional ingredients, including sustainably sourced
fish, rare-breed meats, and local produce.

Requirements:
- As Pastry Chef you must have at least 2 years’ experience in
- a high-end dining establishment.
- A proven ability to run a section efficiently and confidently.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to consistently deliver
- excellence under pressure.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Right to work in the UK.
