Part-time Housekeeper

We are seeking a skilled, proactive, and well-organised part-time Housekeeper to join our close-knit team in a busy, but fun historic Cotswold Stately Home.

This role is ideal for someone experienced in private households who values maintaining a home to exceptional standards and desires a long-term position working alongside an established Head Housekeeper.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in private household environments and demonstrate confidence in attention to detail, managing responsibilities with a ‘can-do’ attitude; ensuring the residence is maintained to the highest possible standard at all times.

Duties include but not limited to:

• Daily housekeeping and upkeep to maintain a consistently high standard of cleanliness
• Regular deep cleaning of all areas, ensuring attention to detail
• Laundry care and wardrobe management, including organisation and garment care
• Household shopping and assistance with day-to-day house operations
• Strong cooking skills required, with the ability to support the Head Housekeeper in meal preparation
• Maintaining household supplies and inventory, ensuring everything is well-stocked and organised
• Assisting with occasional hosting duties, including table setting and light service

Working days: Monday, Wednesday & Friday, with very occasional weekend/evening hours required with plenty of notice

Working hours: 8:30am until 5:00pm
