Part-time Housekeeper

Our client, a young and welcoming family, based just a 10-minute walk from Tetbury town centre, are seeking a reliable and proactive part-time Housekeeper to support them 2–3 days per week. With a toddler at home and a new baby expected in October, they are looking for someone who can help keep their household running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• General cleaning and tidying of the home
• Laundry, ironing, and basic wardrobe organisation
• Watering and caring for houseplants
• Assisting with day-to-day household tasks and routines

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous housekeeping experience is desirable
• Must be comfortable around young children and babies
• Must be dog-friendly (the family has a friendly pet dog)
• Trustworthy, organised, and able to take initiative

Working Hours:

2 to 3 days per week. Specific days and hours are flexible and can be discussed with the client to suit the right candidate – minimum 15 hours per week with one of the days at the end of the week in preparation for the weekends

Salary:

£20–23 gross per hour – negotiable, self employed basis
