Our client is a highly respected international family office, based in elegant offices in Marylebone, provides trusted, confidential, and professional support across the UHNW family’s business and personal affairs.

The Executive Assistant will deliver senior-level support to the CEO across both commercial and family office matters, ensuring the seamless running of day-to-day operations. This pivotal role requires an exceptionally organised, discreet, and personable individual, capable of managing complex diaries, anticipating requirements, and developing strong, trusted working relationships.

Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

Executive Support:

  • Full diary and inbox management, ensuring the CEO’s time is optimised
  • Coordination of international and domestic travel, itineraries, and logistics
  • Preparation of documents, presentations, briefing notes, and meeting packs
  • Gatekeeping: managing communications, prioritising matters, drafting responses and ensuring follow-up

Family Office & Other Duties:

  • Acting as liaison between the CEO, family members, staff, and external stakeholders
  • Managing ad-hoc projects, events, and confidential matters on behalf of the family

Operational & Administrative:

  • Maintaining efficient filing systems and records
  • Supporting office operations to ensure smooth running
  • Handling confidential financial and legal documents with discretion
  • Working as part of a wider team over multiple time zones

Candidate Requirements:

We are looking for an exceptional individual with the following qualities:

  • Proven longevity and extensive experience as an EA at a senior level (experience in a family office, UHNW private clients or similar environment is advantageous)
  • Confident, organised, and efficient, able to manage multiple priorities calmly and effectively
  • Personable and friendly, approachable and able to build trust and rapport quickly
  • Discreet and loyal, with an unshakeable commitment to confidentiality
  • Tech-savvy, comfortable with modern tools, systems, and processes
  • High EQ – intuitive, emotionally intelligent, and able to read situations and people

Working Hours:

  • Full-time, In-office (Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm)
  • Flexibility and availability as required

Salary: £80-100K DOE
