Temporary Part Time Housekeeper – Private Household
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Temporary Housekeeper to join a private household on a large estate located in the Cotswold’s, from 8th June until the end of July.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience working within a private household
- Experience working on a large estate
- High standards of housekeeping and excellent attention to detail
- Must be discreet, trustworthy, and professional at all times
- Flexible and adaptable approach
- Ability to work independently and use initiative
- Valid DBS check
- Full driving license
Duties May Include but not limited to:
- General housekeeping and cleaning of all areas of the home
- Deep cleaning, including kitchens, bathrooms, and living spaces
- Laundry care, including washing, ironing, folding, and wardrobe organisation
- Bed making and linen changes
- Maintaining high presentation standards throughout the property
- Care of fine furnishings, surfaces, and delicate items
- Running occasional household errands (as needed and where appropriate)
- Light organisation of storage areas, cupboards, and household inventory
- Supporting the smooth day to day running of the household as required
Working Hours:
- Monday, Wednesday & Friday
- 7:00am – 12:00 midday
Flexibility is essential, as additional hours may occasionally be required depending on the needs of the household.
Salary: Between £20.00 – £25.00 dependent of experience
