Live-out Housekeeper

Our client, a family residing in Kensington, are seeking a Live-out Housekeeper to join their established team of staff. The successful candidate will join a well-managed team consisting of a Head Housekeeper, 3 Nannies, 5 Housekeepers, 2 Chefs, 3 Drivers and a PA.

This is a family home with 4 children, run to exacting standards. They are looking for a professional and experienced housekeeper to join their team of staff.

The house has four floors with 8 bedrooms all en-suite, with a cinema, swimming pool, and other amenities, candidates applying must be energetic and dynamic.

General duties:

• Duties will include the day-to-day housekeeping, cleaning to a very high standard, polishing and caring for silver and furniture, washing, ironing, and caring for delicate fabrics.
• Making and changing beds.
• Wardrobe management.
• Ad hoc duties/errands as required.

This is a position for someone proactive and self-sufficient, takes pride in their work and has an eye for detail. This is a fully staffed household so it is essential you can work in a team environment and have excellent communication and organisational skills.

Working days/hours: 5-day week, on a rota basis to include some weekends – shifts are as follows: 8am – 5pm, 9am – 6pm, 1pm – 10pm

Salary: £50,000 gross per annum
