Our clients are seeking a professional and experienced
Housekeeper to attend to their beautiful property near Burford,
in the Cotswold's. The ideal candidate needs to have previous
experience working in UHNW households, as the client has
extremely high standards when it comes to housekeeping and the
presentation of their home. It is imperative that the Housekeeper
understands how to maintain these standards on a consistent
basis. Due to the nature of the client, the candidate will need
to be very discrete and appreciative of their privacy. The
candidate must be at ease in both formal environments, when
guests are around, as well as more informal private family
moments. The property is based in a beautiful rural setting so
driving is essential due to the location.
Duties include but not limited to:
• All cleaning, polishing, dusting and vacuuming
• Maintenance and management of all cleaning supplies, equipment,
and amenities
• Working closely with all household team members to ensure the
smooth running of the household
• Uphold strict confidentiality and discretion in all aspects of
the role, respecting the privacy and security concerns of the
family
• Demonstrate a proactive and solutions-oriented approach to
household issues that may arise
• All laundry care, including experience looking after high-end
luxury garments and clothing
• Changing linen and making beds as per the schedule of the home
• Cleaning the pool area and reporting any maintenance issues to
the senior team
• Stock and inventory management
• Pet care and dog sitting
• Packing and unpacking for the principals
The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with
exceptional organisational abilities and is able to think on
their feet in a dynamic household. The family plans do change
within a moment’s notice, so every day won’t be the same.
Hours – Flexible weekend working – 9am – 6pm / to be discussed
Salary £40,000 – £45,000 plus per annum
