Live-out Housekeeper

A wonderful opportunity has arisen for an experienced and dedicated Live-out Housekeeper to join a warm and welcoming household in Milan. The family has recently relocated and is looking for someone to work closely with the female principal to get their newly renovated apartment clean, organised, and running smoothly.

The household is fully staffed, with a Chef and Nanny already in place. There are no pets on the property.

Key Responsibilities

• Full housekeeping duties including cleaning, tidying, and organising
• Laundry and ironing, including care for delicate and luxury fabrics
• Wardrobe management and seasonal clothing rotation
• Inventory and management of household supplies
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the home

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role within private households, with excellent references
• High attention to detail and a passion for maintaining a beautifully presented home
• Trustworthy, discreet, and respectful of household privacy and etiquette
• Able to take initiative while also following instructions as needed
• Fluent or strong proficiency in English
• Organised, proactive, and calm

This is an ideal role for a motivated and professional Housekeeper who enjoys creating a peaceful and well-ordered environment. You will be joining a respectful and collaborative household team and playing a key role in helping the family settle into their new home.

Location: Milan, Italy

Working Days: Monday to Friday (with flexibility to assist on weekends when needed)

Working Hours: 8 hours per day

Salary: €2,300–€2,500 per month (negotiable, depending on experience)
