We are looking for a reliable, proactive and hands-on Handyman / Groundsman to join our small, family-run business based in a rural location just outside of Shenington.

We operate two seasonal businesses, and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their skills across both, with excellent long-term career prospects as the business continues to grow.
Initially, the role will focus on supporting the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of our Christmas Tree Farm, with the opportunity to receive full training in our Swimming Pool Maintenance business for the right individual.
Duties Outlined not limited to:
Christmas Tree Farm
- General grounds and site maintenance.
- Grass cutting, hedge trimming and strimming.
- Tree care and maintenance (training provided).
- Operating and maintaining garden machinery and equipment.
- General repairs and handyman duties.
- Keeping the farm, yards and surrounding areas tidy, safe and well presented.
- Assisting with additional seasonal activities during the Christmas period. To include customer facing sales role.
Swimming Pool Maintenance (Training Provided)
- Assist with swimming pool servicing and maintenance.
- Learn water testing and treatment procedures.
- Support with equipment installation and repairs.
- Attend customer sites as required.

Essential Requirements
- Full UK driving licence Own transport to Shenington.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Reliable, punctual and self-motivated.
- Able to work independently and as part of a small team.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Location: Shenington
- Hours: Monday to Friday, with flexibility during seasonal peak periods. Paid overtime is available during busier times of the year.
