Live-in/out Houseman/Butler

Our clients, located in the beautiful Cotswolds countryside, are seeking an experienced Live-in or out Houseman/Butler to assist in the smooth running of their Grade II listed property.

Candidates should have experience in a similar role in private households, and bring a professional approach with great attention to detail. While this is not the family’s primary residence, it requires consistent care and expert management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Houseman duties and general maintenance
• Chauffeuring and car care
• Pool maintenance
• Greeting and assisting guests
• Packing and unpacking/wardrobe management
• Informal service
• Family cooking as needed (a chef is hired for larger events)
• Caring for the family’s dogs

Requirements:

• Previous experience in private households or on superyachts
• Full, clean UK driving license

Working days: 5 day working week with two consecutive days off (where possible depending on the family’s schedule).

Accommodation: 2-bedroom self-contained flat

Salary: £38,000 – £45,000 gross per annum
