Live-in Junior Housekeeper

An exclusive boutique property set in 23,000 acres seeking a highly experienced and versatile live-in Housekeeper. This role requires someone who comes from a hospitality background, ideally with experience as a supervisor in a high-end restaurant or hotel, and is accustomed to delivering exceptional service to ultra-high net-worth individuals (UHNWIs) and billionaire guests. The successful candidate will assist with all aspects of housekeeping, guest service, and food presentation in an extraordinary, remote location.

Duties outlined but not limited to:

  • Ensure the property’s seven rooms are cleaned and maintained to a 5-star standard.
  • Organise and maintain high levels of cleanliness in all common areas.
  • Handle laundry and wardrobe management as needed.
  • Guest Services: Wait on guests, providing a polished and professional dining experience.
  • Assist the chef in presenting and serving breakfast, as well as clearing and tidying up.
  • Kitchen Support: Assist in organising the kitchen and maintaining its cleanliness.
  • Support the chef in meal preparation when necessary.
  • Team Collaboration: Work as part of a small, close-knit team and operate independently when required.
  • Flexibly assist in other tasks as needed, showcasing a can-do attitude. 

Proven track record in a 5-star hospitality setting such as luxury hotels or fine dining establishments. Experience in housekeeping, food service, and guest relations. Previous experience in night management or supervisory roles in hotels is a bonus. 

Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for maintaining the highest standards. Warm, kind, and trustworthy personality. Self-motivated and able to work without micromanagement. Adaptable and willing to take on a variety of tasks. Strong communication skills and the ability to anticipate guest needs.
