We are seeking an exceptional Lifestyle Executive Assistant & Personal Operations Manager to become the trusted right hand to a private principal.

This is far more than a traditional Executive Assistant role. You will take ownership of the principal’s personal operations, household management and lifestyle logistics-creating systems, anticipating needs and ensuring every aspect of life runs seamlessly behind the scenes.From managing complex household projects and trusted suppliers to coordinating personal administration, lifestyle logistics and property matters, you will quietly remove the day-to-day mental load, allowing the principal to focus on what matters most.

This is a highly autonomous role suited to someone who thrives on ownership, enjoys solving problems before they arise and takes genuine pride in creating calm from complexity.

Personal Operations

  • Take ownership of the principal’s day-to-day personal operations.
  • Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously from concept through to completion.
  • Build and improve systems and processes to increase efficiency.

Lifestyle Management

  • Complex diary and appointment management.
  • Personal and family lifestyle coordination.
  • Travel planning and logistics.
  • Restaurant, hospitality and event bookings.
  • Personal shopping and gift sourcing.
  • Managing reminders, renewals and important dates.

Household Operations

  • Oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the household.
  • Coordinate contractors, suppliers and service providers.
  • Manage maintenance projects and household improvements.
  • Ensure household inventory and supplies are maintained.
  • Build trusted relationships with household staff and external partners.

Financial Administration

  • Review and process household invoices.
  • Monitor approved household expenditure.
  • Manage subscriptions, renewals and recurring payments.
  • Maintain organised household financial records.

Pet & Lifestyle Care

  • Coordinate veterinary appointments and pet care.
  • Manage pet-related administration and schedules.
  • Ensure supplies and care arrangements are always in place.
  • Be comfortable working within a dog-friendly household.

Essential Requirements

  • Must already be based in London.
  • Previous experience as a Lifestyle Executive Assistant, Executive Assistant, Private PA, Family Office EA or supporting a UHNW principal.
  • Demonstrable longevity in previous positions, reflecting loyalty, commitment and the ability to build trusted long-term relationships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong technology skills with confidence using modern productivity tools and systems.
  • Absolute discretion and integrity.
  • Full right to work in the UK.

Interviewing from 11th August 2026

Hours: 40 hours per week, with flex, Monday to Friday with expectation to be flexible over weekends and timezones as needed

Salary: £80,000-£100,000k gross per annum
