Our clients, with a large residence near Cirencester, are
actively searching for a highly experienced, live-out
wardrobe/laundry specialist to join their team. They must have
extensive experience in wardrobe management and fabric care.
The Laundress will be joining a housekeeping team and must be
able to work as part of a much larger team.
This is 5 days per week, 8 hrs per day with flexibility Monday to
Friday.
Duties outlined but not limited to:
* Packing and unpacking
* Seasonal wardrobe management
* Steaming and ironing of clothing and linen
* Laundering delicate fabrics
* Working with the housekeeping team to provide support as needed
* Sewing & fixing if required
* Ensure male principal is ready at the start of each week
* Children's school clothes laundered for the week
* Caring for luxury bags and shoes
Must:
* Understand how to handle fine fabrics and luxury clothing
* Have extensive experience in wardrobe management
* Understand how to pack and unpack clothing for travelling
* Must have all legal documents to work in the UK
Hours: 5 days per week – Monday to Friday (occasional
weekends)
Salary: £30,000 – 38,000 gross per annum
