We are seeking a highly motivated, adaptable, and positive
individual to join a prestigious private estate in Oxfordshire as
a full-time Junior Butler. This is an exceptional opportunity to
work within a formal, high-end household alongside two other
Butlers and the housekeeping team. The role includes various
responsibilities, ranging from household operations to driving
duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working with the Butler team to ensure the seamless operation
of a formal household, always maintaining a high standard of
service.

• Participate in seasonal shooting activities at the estate,
providing support and contributing to the smooth running of
events.

• Assist with table settings and preparation for formal dining
occasions.

• Work closely with the housekeeping team to ensure the house is
maintained to an exceptional standard.

• Handle airport luggage runs.

• Provide chauffeuring services for the Principals and their
guests when required, ensuring discretion and comfort.

• Perform basic vehicle upkeep and maintenance, including
cleaning and minor repairs.

• Ensure all working areas (e.g., pantries, service areas) are
kept neat, organised, and well-maintained.

• Care for and maintain the silverware, antiques, and fine items
in the estate.

• Assist with the cleaning and upkeep of both the interior and
exterior of the house and surrounding buildings as needed.

• Undertake ad-hoc maintenance tasks and errands as requested.

Candidate Requirements:

• A proactive, hands-on individual with a positive and flexible
attitude.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a small,
close-knit team.

• Full, clean driving license and personal transport are
essential.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Discreet, loyal, and dependable with a strong sense of
professionalism and confidentiality.

• Verifiable references demonstrating a strong work ethic and
commitment to excellence.

Legally eligible to work in the UK.

Willingness to obtain a Shotgun license (if not already
possessed).
