Human Resources Manager, Mayfair, London

A private, London-based Family Office is seeking a capable and discreet Human Resources Manager to support and coordinate its global HR function. The successful candidate will assist with HR operations across multiple jurisdictions, including the UK, Europe, the US, and the Middle East.

This is a varied, hands-on role involving close collaboration with both office-based and operational staff. The ideal candidate will demonstrate solid HR knowledge, strong organisational skills, and a practical approach to employee relations, recruitment, and compliance across diverse teams and locations.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong generalist HR experience (5–7+ years), ideally within multi-site or international settings
  • Working knowledge of UK employment law; exposure to additional jurisdictions beneficial
  • Experience supporting managers and staff across different teams or locations
  • High levels of discretion, emotional intelligence, and cultural awareness
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
