Our clients have a beautiful family home near Abingdon in Oxfordshire and are looking for a live-in/Out Housekeeper to attend their home. The Family consist of 3 children age 7,5 and 1 and a very friendly Labrador. The property is set over 3 floors and 6 bedrooms , it is located in a very rural setting so driving is an essential. There is a full time Nanny who works 4 days a week and half a day on Friday .
The ideal candidate will be flexible with working hours and be happy to have a varied role which includes helping with the children’s bedtimes when required and keeping up with the daily Housekeeping and errands.
The main principals are very flexible with the working hours but ideally need someone on hand when required for busier times during the family’s day. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a busy family home environment.
ideally working once day at the weekend with two days off during the week.
Duties Outlines but limited to:
- Housekeeping
- Ironing and Laundry
- Errand running & Shopping
- Working alongside the nanny if extra care is required with children
- Occasional support with Children between 6pm & 7.30pm
- Cooking – this is not an essential
Although there is no great demand for cooking it is always added bonus. An essential for the role is to have some childcare experience along with high levels of Housekeeping and flexibility with working hours.
Salary £38k negotiable experience dependent
