Our esteemed client, a prominent UHNW family based in Doha, Qatar, is seeking a highly experienced and professional House Manager to oversee the smooth operation of two prestigious households. This is a key leadership position, responsible for managing and coordinating a team of 50+ household staff, ensuring the highest standards of service, organization, and discretion.
- Prepare staff schedules, rosters, and duty allocations across both properties.
- Oversee daily activities of household staff (housekeepers, nannies, drivers, butlers, etc.).
- Ensure staff adhere to professional standards, grooming, and etiquette.
- Ensure smooth running of both properties, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, order, and presentation.
- Supervise housekeeping routines, laundry, wardrobe management, and household supplies.
- Oversee kitchen operations: meal planning, dietary requirements, grocery management, hygiene standards.
- Coordinate childcare/nanny staff to align with family routines and needs.
- Act as the main point of contact for maintenance, repairs, and contractors.
- Schedule and supervise external vendors (gardeners, pool maintenance, security, pest control, etc.).
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure everything is in working order.
- Manage household budgets, petty cash, and expense tracking.
- Maintain inventory of household items, supplies, and equipment.
- Organize travel logistics (packing/unpacking, transportation, staff travel coordination).
- Prepare and update household manuals, staff guidelines, and duty checklists.
- Ensure properties are guest-ready at all times.
- Supervise set-up for events, dinners, and family gatherings.
- Liaise with kitchen/housekeeping for smooth hospitality service.
- Serve as primary contact between principals and staff, relaying instructions discreetly.
- Anticipate family needs, preferences, and routines.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion at all times.

Candidate Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role within a UHNW household.
- Strong leadership and people management skills; ability to motivate and lead a multicultural team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Highly organised with a meticulous eye for detail and a hands-on approach.
- Fluent in English.
- Culturally aware and sensitive, with international experience preferred.
- Flexible, adaptable, and capable of working in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
- Willingness to be based in Doha, Qatar.
- Valid passport and ability to travel if needed.
