Head of HR, Mayfair, London

A private, London-based Family Office is seeking an experienced and discreet Head of Human Resources to lead its global HR function. The successful candidate will oversee personnel across multiple jurisdictions, including the UK, Europe, the US, and the Middle East.

This is a broad, hands-on role requiring oversight of both office-based and operational staff. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, sound judgement, and a structured approach to HR governance, employee relations, recruitment, and compliance across a range of locations and teams.

Key Requirements:

• Extensive HR leadership experience (10+ years), ideally in complex, multi-site or international environments
• Familiarity with employment law and HR practices across the UK and other key jurisdictions
• Experience managing diverse teams and implementing consistent HR standards
• High levels of discretion, emotional intelligence, and cultural sensitivity
• Willingness to travel periodically
