The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive, high-level support to the CEO across both business and family office matters, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. The organisation provides trusted, discreet, and professional support across the UHNW family’s business and personal affairs.
This is a pivotal role within the organisation, requiring a highly efficient, discreet, and personable individual who can manage complex schedules, anticipate needs, and build strong, trusted relationships at all levels.
Executive Support
- Full diary and inbox management, ensuring the CEO’s time is effectively prioritised and optimised
- Coordination of domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries and logistics
- Preparation of documents, presentations, briefing notes, and meeting materials
- Acting as gatekeeper: managing communications, prioritising correspondence, drafting responses, and ensuring follow-up
Family Office & Project Support
- Serving as a key liaison between the CEO, family members, staff, and external stakeholders
- Managing ad hoc projects, private events, and confidential matters on behalf of the family
Operational & Administrative Support
- Maintaining organised filing systems, records, and documentation
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office
- Handling sensitive financial and legal documentation with absolute discretion
- Collaborating with a wider international team across multiple time zones
The Candidate
We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant with the following attributes:
- Confident, highly organised, and efficient, with the ability to manage multiple priorities calmly
- Personable and approachable, able to build trust and rapport quickly
- Discreet and loyal, with an unwavering commitment to confidentiality
- Technically proficient and comfortable with modern systems and tools
- High emotional intelligence (EQ), with strong intuition and situational awareness
- Proven longevity and extensive senior-level EA experience (family office, UHNW private clients, or similar environments highly advantageous)
