Domestic Couple

Shire & Wold Staffing are delighted to present a superb opportunity for a professional Tagalog speaking (preferred) Domestic Couple to join a warm and welcoming young family based in rural Worcestershire.

This is a long-term position within a fully staffed, private household that is currently undergoing renovation. The successful couple will initially reside in a separate two-bedroom cottage on the estate, with the opportunity to relocate to a private wing annexe within the main property once works are complete.

The family have three children and one small, friendly dog. They are seeking a proactive, discreet, and team-oriented couple who take pride in delivering exceptional household standards. This is a long term position, with the family having multiple members of long-term staff already in situ.

The Role

This is an indoor/outdoor couple position, operating Tuesday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00 (with one hour for lunch). Sunday and Monday off.

Indoor Role (Predominantly Housekeeping – 95%)

• Full housekeeping to an exceptional standard
• Laundry and wardrobe management
• Ironing and fabric care
• Household organisation and stock control
• Assisting around school and mealtimes in support of the nanny
• Maintaining a calm and orderly environment for the children

Outdoor Role (Driver / Estate Support)

• Daily school runs (approx. 3 hours driving per day)
• General estate maintenance and oversight
• Liaising with contractors during ongoing renovation works
• Basic gardening and upkeep of outdoor areas
• Security awareness and monitoring of the property
• Care of the family’s small dog when required

A full driving licence is essential for at least one member of the couple.

Candidate Profile

• Tagalog speaking preferred
• Enhanced DBS required
• Proven experience working together within a private household

Salary & Benefits

• £70,000 gross per annum (combined)
