A prestigious UHNW family is seeking a dedicated and trustworthy Domestic Couple to join their household team. The role will be based primarily at their residence in France, with occasional travel to Qatar required. The successful couple will be responsible for maintaining the household to the highest standards, providing full-service housekeeping and light maintenance support. Fluency in Tagalog preferred.
This is a long-term, stable position ideally suited to a couple who are proactive, detail-oriented, discreet, and able to work in a formal, high-standard environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner 1 – Lead Housekeeper Duties:
- Full housekeeping of the main residence, including:
- Daily cleaning and upkeep of all living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and outdoor spaces
- Deep cleaning routines on a scheduled basis
- Polishing silver, cleaning fine furnishings, antiques, and art with appropriate care
- Care for fine fabrics, linens, and garments
- Laundry and ironing, including delicate items and wardrobe management
- Making and changing beds with high attention to detail
- Grocery shopping and inventory management
- Occasional meal preparation, kitchen assistance, or serving if required
- Organizing and maintaining household supplies and storage
- Liaising with other household staff or service providers when needed
Partner 2 – Assistant Housekeeper & Maintenance Support:
- Supporting housekeeping tasks as required (cleaning, laundry, etc.)
- Light maintenance and handyman duties, including:
- Basic repairs (changing bulbs, tightening fixtures, minor plumbing/electrical issues)
- Upkeep of outdoor areas such as terraces, garden furniture, garages, or walkways
- Monitoring household systems and notifying management of any issues
- Vehicle cleaning and care (if applicable)
- Occasional driving or errands (if driving license held)
- Assisting with luggage handling and travel preparation
- Seasonal setup or storage of household items
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
- Previous experience working together as a domestic couple in a UHNW or formal household
- Excellent housekeeping and maintenance skills
- High standards of cleanliness, presentation, and organization
- A discreet, loyal, and flexible attitude
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Strong communication skills: Tagalog fluency preferred
- Valid passports and willingness to travel internationally as required
Package & Benefits:
- Salary: QAR 1,800 to QAR 3,500 per person (depending on experience and qualifications)
