Full-Time Dog Nanny – Victoria, London
A young professional couple based near Victoria is seeking an experienced and devoted Dog Nanny to provide exceptional care for for their four much-loved Pomeranians.
This is a permanent, Monday-to-Friday position within a welcoming, high-standard private household with no children. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for the dogs’ daily routines, wellbeing and happiness, working collaboratively with the household team.
Key responsibilities:
- Providing attentive, loving and consistent care for all four Pomeranians.
- Managing daily walks, exercise, playtime and enrichment appropriate to each dog’s age and individual needs.
- Preparing and serving meals while carefully following established feeding routines and dietary requirements.
- Maintaining excellent grooming standards, including regular brushing, coat care and arranging professional grooming appointments.
- Monitoring the dogs’ health, behaviour and general wellbeing, promptly communicating any concerns.
- Coordinating veterinary appointments, vaccinations, preventative treatments and administering medication when required.
- Keeping the dogs’ beds, bowls, toys, leads and living areas exceptionally clean, organised and hygienic.
- Maintaining stocks of food, treats, medication, grooming products and other pet supplies.
- Keeping accurate records of appointments, treatments and important care information.
- Providing regular updates to the principals and liaising professionally with vets, groomers and other pet-care specialists.
- Assisting with any additional dog-related duties as required.
Candidate requirements:
- Previous professional experience caring for multiple dogs, ideally within a private household.
- A genuine love of dogs and an excellent understanding of small breeds, preferably Pomeranians.
- Confident managing four dogs together while recognising their individual personalities and needs.
- Knowledge of canine health, nutrition, behaviour and coat care.
- Pet first-aid training would be highly desirable.
- Calm, patient, trustworthy and exceptionally attentive.
- Proactive, organised and able to work independently.
- Discreet and respectful of the privacy required within a private household.
- Able to work collaboratively with the wider household team.
- London-based or within an easy commute of Green Park.
- Full right to work in the UK.
- Excellent, checkable professional references.

Days: Monday to Friday
Hours: 9:00am–5:00pm
Contract: Permanent, live-out
Start date: ASAP
Salary: £150–£160 gross per day, depending on experience
Annual equivalent: Approximately £39,000–£41,600 gross per annum, based on 52 weeks
