Although our countryside roots haven’t, and won’t change, the world around us has.
We’ve seen a shift. A growing number of our clients, once solely UK-based, are expanding their footprints abroad or relocating altogether. With an estimated 9,500 High-Net-Worth individuals likely to leave this country this year, this figure represents more than double the 4,200 who departed in 2023 and marks the highest outflow on record for the UK. Many of the families and estates we’ve supported for years are now establishing second (or first) homes in destinations like Dubai, United States and Singapore. This movement has been shaped by evolving tax legislation, global mobility, and the simple desire for change in a complex economic climate.
With these changes, a growing demand for support in staffing homes and properties overseas has arisen. And so, after much reflection and listening, we’re evolving too.
