Our team understands how important it is to present domestic staff candidates you actually want to meet, not just a CV. We understand how important our role in the process truly is, ensuring that we have done all we can to match your search requirements and expectations with vetted experience, knowledge and skills.
A dedicated consultant will work with you throughout your domestic staff search, from the beginning, to placement and with continued support post-placement.
We're also very happy to come and visit our clients at their residence (Private Household) or at the business (Luxury Hospitality) for a face-to-face meeting. It has been our experience that this often helps solidify the relationship between the clients and the consultant with a higher rate of successful placement.
Registered candidates will normally have at least 1-3 years' domestic staff experience as a minimum, however the search will be tailored depending on the specific role. All candidates will be interviewed and all due diligence will be undertaken prior to placement.
We encourage clients where possible to conduct a face to face interview and undertake a short trial, if applicable, with the candidate.
All candidates will be interviewed and all due diligence will be undertaken prior to placement. Each search is tailored to the requirements of the employer, keeping in mind the employer’s/ organisation’s individual brand values.
We want to ensure we are able to provide as much support during your recruitment journey as possible and would be delighted to assist with current expected salary guides for all domestic staff and luxury hospitality positions. Basic Employment Contract templates and Non-Disclosure Agreements can also be shared for your use. We also work closely with reputable employment solicitors who specialise in this area and we can happily recommend.
