Our clients with a beautiful contemporary property near Banbury
is actively searching for a live out housekeeper to join their
housekeeping team. This is a full time, fully staffed residence.
The housekeeper will be working as part of a small team,
reporting to a Head Housekeeper ensuring the smooth running
of the house.
Essential: Must have a valid UK driving license, a clean enhanced
DBS check/ two references including most recent employer.
Outlined duties ( not limited to):
* Ensure cleanliness, hygiene and tidiness standards in all
bedrooms /corridors /guest rooms /other areas are maintained
* Cleaning of assigned rooms, bathrooms, and corridor areas to
the highest standards. This includes changing bed linen,
replacing towels, cleaning bathrooms thoroughly, vacuuming,
mopping and dusting daily
* Reporting any household maintenance required
* Ensure all areas of the house are reset after use
* Assist the Head Housekeeper with the development and
maintenance of the house cleaning schedule
* Assist with laundry duties, following all procedures as
required
* Assist with updating the inventories when required
* Assist the house manager and head housekeeper with all projects
as directed
* Participate in training sessions where directed
* Attend team meetings and be prepared to give updates when
requested
* Arrange for Dry cleaning to be sent and documented
* Prepare Rooms for guests’ arrival, arrange for their luggage to
be taken to rooms, and put the correct adaptors in place. E.g.,
Guest from U.S.- US-UK plug adaptors to be in rooms
* All laundry and ironing are to be done daily, taking care to
read the labels
* Undertake additional duties from time to time within the
responsibility level of the post

Hours: 5 days 40+hours as required
Salary: £38,000 -£40k gross per annum
