Our Clients are looking for a professional Personal Driver is
responsible for providing safe, reliable, and discreet
transportation for a UHNWI and their family or associates. This
position requires a high degree of professionalism, flexibility,
and commitment to maintaining confidentiality. The Chauffeur will
ensure the highest standards in safety, comfort, and punctuality,
while also anticipating the client's needs to deliver an
exceptional service experience.
Duties Outline not limited to:
* Provide daily transportation services for the UHNWI, family
members, and guests as directed.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the client’s schedule and
adjust routes, timings, and vehicle selections accordingly.
* Coordinate with the client’s office or household staff to
ensure timely pick-ups and drop-offs for appointments, events,
and personal errands.
* Help with luggage and ensure all personal belongings are
securely stored and transported as required.
* Ensure all vehicles are impeccably clean, sanitised, fuelled,
and maintained to the highest standards.
* Conduct routine vehicle inspections to guarantee safe and
reliable operation.
* Schedule and oversee regular servicing, including detailing,
repairs, and any necessary vehicle upgrades.
* Document and report any accidents, issues, or unusual vehicle
behaviours promptly.
* Maintain the highest levels of confidentiality, ensuring that
client conversations, locations, and plans are never shared or
discussed outside of the role.
* Be vigilant in respecting the client’s privacy, maintaining
discretion regarding their personal and professional activities.
* Handle any sensitive information or documents with the utmost
confidentiality.
* Prioritise safety by adhering to all traffic laws and driving
in a manner that minimises risk and maximises passenger comfort.
* Perform route planning and backup route selection to avoid
delays, heavy traffic, and potential security concerns.
* Conduct thorough assessments of parking locations, entry/exit
strategies, and emergency plans.
* Anticipate and respond to the client’s preferences, adjusting
the environment within the vehicle for comfort (temperature,
music, etc.).
* Maintain a professional and polished appearance, adhering to
any specific dress code or uniform requirement.
* Display flexibility in working hours, including nights,
weekends, and holidays as required.
* Assist with various personal errands, such as pickups or
drop-offs, and, when required, coordinate with personal
assistants, or other household staff.
* Support the client in additional tasks or requests,
demonstrating a high level of initiative and resourcefulness.
Experience Required:
* Experience: 5 years of driving experience with UHNWIs, or
high-level executives. Familiarity with luxury vehicles.
* Driving Record: Exemplary driving record with no major traffic
violations or incidents.
* Licensing: Valid driver's license appropriate for the type of
vehicles operated
* Attributes: Discreet, highly trustworthy, punctual, and
flexible with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. (for
luggage handling) and to maintain alertness during long hours of
driving.
ASAP Start for the right Candidate
Flexibility to work Monday – Sunday
£45,000 basic salary, 28 days annual leave (as BH are working
days)
