Our clients are looking for a Part-time Housekeeper based in The
beautiful village of Moreton on the Marsh , the ideal candidate
would be within close commuting distance and available 3 days per
week and 8 hours per day . On occasions have the family entertain
they will bring in a chef, however they would like someone who is
confident in the kitchen that could turn their hand family
style cooking when needed.
Duties outlined but not limited to
* Perform general cleaning tasks in all rooms.
* Change bed linens and make beds.
* Organise and tidy living spaces and storage.
* Manage laundry: dry cleaning liaison, washing, drying, folding,
and ironing clothes.
* Manage wardrobe: organising, seasonal rotation, and basic
maintenance (e.g. sewing buttons). Unpacking suitcases.
* Care for indoor plants: watering, pruning, and maintaining
plant health (basic).
* Occasionally prepare meals in advance.
* Grocery shopping and ensuring certain items (including cleaning
supplies) are always stocked.
* Follow specific instructions and preferences provided on
bedroom and kitchen and in all aspects of house presentation etc.
Requirements:
* Flexibility to occasionally work weekends.
* Proven experience as a housekeeper or similar role.
* Excellent cleaning skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and efficiently.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Reliable, punctual, and positive attitude.
* Ability to follow instructions and adapt to changing
priorities.
* Good communication skills and professionalism.
* Physical stamina for cleaning tasks and lifting.
* Knowledge of cleaning products and techniques.
* Availability for part-time hours with flexibility.
Must be able to commute to the property and driving is an
essential.
