The Club has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre
Roman-inspired spa- Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class
studios and padel courts. Plus, there’s a kids’ club for the
little ones and a workspace.
As the Reception Manager your primary function is to provide
exceptional leadership and clear management while overseeing the
daily operations of the reception team. You will ensure a
luxurious guest experience is carried out as a standard and
always strive to exceed expectations..
Who we are looking for
* A charismatic person who is confident and collaborative and
holds pride in their work.
* Previous service experience within luxury yachts, hospitality
brands, or private estates.
* Ideally, aged over 25 with a full UK driving license. (Must)
* Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking to
colleagues, senior management and being front of house building
relationships with our members and guests.
* Excellent interpersonal, time management and organisational
skills.
* Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experience with
keen attention to detail.
